rackAID offers a wide range of services. We specialize in control panel based servers including Cobalt Raq, Ensim, Plesk, and cPanel as well as Linux based systems.

We understand the risk of putting your server management into the hands of a third party. By participating in these programs, you can be assured that rackAID is a trustworthy business that adheres to all ethical, privacy, billing, advertising and other policies established by these organizations.

Employment at rackAID

rackAID requires at a minimum that you be of 18 years of age, reside in the US, and have either Linux+ certification or 3 plus years of related work experience. Staff supervisors and senior level support staff are required to have RHCE or similar certification and/or 5-7 years of related work experience. All potential employees go through an extensive background check that includes prior education and employment verification, criminal history check and additional details.

Technical Staff

rackAID staff must have either Linux+ certification or equivalent work history. We encourage all of our staff to pursue at a minimum Linux+/Security+ certification and/or RHCT/RHCE certification. We provide training support and assistance to staff members keep them abreast of the latest developments, security threats and innovations relating to server administration and support.
