Major Points of the Package are:

Server Preparation - We get the old and new servers ready for migration. Taking special care to look at PHP, email and other settings to reduce post-migration issues.
DNS Plan - We develop a comprehensive DNS migration plan to assure smooth DNS transfer. This is often the most confusing step, but with our experience, we can walk you through the process.
Migration - We do a basic server-to-server migration using appropriate utilities.
Post-Migration Support - We include one (1) Hour of post-migration diagnostics to pinpoint possible version conflicts, path changes or other site/email/account errors.
Backups - We provide 30 Day retention of old server backups within our CDP backup solution*
Ongoing Support - We provide 30 Day post-migration server management*

The fee for this packages ranges from $360 - $600 depending on the need to mitigate downtime and complexity of the sites.

Note that after a move, there may be sites that have errors. We include 1 hour of support in the package. However, it is your responsibility to fix any broken scripts. If it is a server error or settings, we can help you out, but we generally will not modify code or settings for web site programs/scripts. Additional follow-up support can be provided for $75.00/hr.

*After the 30 days, you can renew these support options or just let them expire.
