2012 Holiday Hours

rackAID’s sales and case-based support offices will be closed starting Thursday Dec 22nd at noon through Monday Dec 26th for the Christmas Holiday. We will resume normal hours on Tuesday, Dec. 27th. If you have a managed server or subscription-based services, support will be provided in accordance with your SLA. We will also be closed Jan. 2nd for New Years Day.
Server Management Clients
If you have a service impacting issue, please use an urgent or critical level ticket. For non urgent matters, we will handle them on Tues. Dec 27, 2011. As always, we have staff on-call 24/7 to handle your issues. Typical response times will remain in the sub-15 minute range.
