rackAID Ends Ensim Support

As of Jan 1st, 2011, rackAID will no longer be providing support for Ensim powered servers. If you are currently using Ensim, we highly recommend you migrate to Parallels Plesk. Ensim is no longer well supported by Parallels or many managed services companies.
Offices Closed Dec 31st for New Years Holiday

rackAID’s sales and case-based support offices will be closed Dec. 31st for the New Year holiday. Our sales and cased based support services will return on Jan. 3rd, 2011. If you have a managed server or subscription-based services, support will be provided in accordance with your SLA. We suspend taking new business during this period so our staff can get some much deserved time off.
