Back in May, we announce that we started using Ratepoint to assist us with collecting customer reviews. This week we conducted a survey of our client's subscribing to our monthly management services. The results are in the chart, but in general, our client's are highly satisfied with our services.

If you are a management client, you are probably already using our CDP server backup service. If not you should be. We've been working with the system for over a year and are switching to R1Soft's software as our default backup solution. When your system fails, you need backups. So we spent twelve months looking for a reliable solution. After a lot of testing, R1Soft's CDP was a clear winner. The effectiveness, ease of use and cost could not be beat.
DNS Cache Poisoning Exploit
