n the past few years, rackAID has sent out holiday cards and sometimes trinkets to our clients with management contracts. This year, we have elected not to send out cards or gifts. We will instead donate those funds to a local charity group

Though the partnership, rackAID expects to increase their Red Hat Enterprise Linux service offerings and develop business through co-marketing opportunities.

Back in May, we announce that we started using Ratepoint to assist us with collecting customer reviews. This week we conducted a survey of our client's subscribing to our monthly management services. The results are in the chart, but in general, our client's are highly satisfied with our services.
