rackAID’s sales and case-based support offices will be May 30th for the Memorial Day holiday. Our sales and cased based support services will return on May 31st. If you have a managed server or subscription-based services, support will be provided in accordance with your SLA.

Happy Holidays. rackAID’s sales and case-based support offices will be closed Dec. 24-26 for the Christmas holiday. Our sales and cased based support services will return on Monday, Dec. 27th. If you have a managed server or subscription-based services, support will be provided in accordance with your SLA. We suspend taking new business during this period so our staff can get some much deserved time off.

More than 100 exhibitors are preparing for next week’s HostingCon, the Web hosting industry’s annual conference and trade show, in which more than 1,200 IT professionals, including many C-level executives, gather from more than 30 countries to discuss the latest technologies and strategies, and develop partnerships.

rackAID’s Jeff Huckaby to Speak at Hostingcon 2010

Jeff Huckaby, rackAID's CEO and founder, will be speaking at HostingCon 2010, an annual hosting industry conference. Mr. Huckaby will give a presentation entitled "Stabilize, Optimize and Profit by Outsourcing Your IT Management" on Monday, July 19th at 10AM. This years conference is held in Austin, Texas.
