Offices Closed Dec. 24-26 for Christmas Holiday

Happy Holidays.

rackAID’s sales and case-based support offices will be closed Dec. 24-26 for the Christmas holiday. Our sales and cased based support services will return on Monday, Dec. 27th. If you have a managed server or subscription-based services, support will be provided in accordance with your SLA. We suspend taking new business during this period so our staff can get some much deserved time off.
Server Management Clients
If you have a service impacting issue, please use an urgent or critical level ticket. For non urgent matters, we will handle them on Monday, Dec. 27th. As always, we have staff on-call 24/7 to handle your issues. Typical response times should remain in the sub-15 minute range.
