rackAID's office will be closed Memorial Day, May 26th. Clients with monthly support contracts will not be impacted. Case-based support will be handled on Tuesday May 27th.
During holidays, we operate on an emergency schedule basis. If you are a monthly support client, then your service should not be impacted. Tickets will be handled according to their priority levels.
Case-based support and estimates submitted after 5:00PM Friday, May 23rd will not be handled until May 27th. We do not offer emergency case-based support during holidays. Emergency support is available only to our management clients.
