rackAID Closed for Thanksgiving

rackAID’s sales and case-based support offices will be closed Thu. Nov. 24-25 for the Thanksgiving holiday. Our sales and cased based support services will return on Monday Nov 28.. If you have a managed server or subscription-based services, support will be provided in accordance with your SLA.
Server Management Clients
If you have a service impacting issue, please use an urgent or critical level ticket. For non urgent matters, we will handle them on Mon. Nov 28, 2011. As always, we have staff on-call 24/7 to handle your issues. Typical response times will remain in the sub-15 minute range.
