rackAID Offices Closed Labor Day

rackAID’s sales and case-based support offices will be closed Monday Sept. 5 for the Labor Day holiday. Our sales and cased based support services will return on Tuesday Sept 5. If you have a managed server or subscription-based services, support will be provided in accordance with your SLA.
Server Management Clients
If you have a service impacting issue, please use an urgent or critical level ticket. For non urgent matters, we will handle them on Sept 5, 2011. As always, we have staff on-call 24/7 to handle your issues. Typical response times will remain in the sub-15 minute range.
