rackAID’s sales and case-based support offices will be May 28th for the Memorial Day holiday. Our sales and cased based support services will return on May 29th. If you have a managed server or subscription-based services, support will be provided in accordance with your SLA.
Server Management Clients
If you have a service impacting issue, please use an urgent or critical level ticket. For non urgent matters, we will handle them on May 29th, 2012. As always, we have staff available 24/7 to handle your issues. Typical response are under 10 minutes.
