Overview

Technical Details
Data protection
We maintain multiple, geographically isolated backup farms. Using R1Soft’s Continuous Data Protection technology, your server’s data is transferred daily to our backup farms. We can adjust data retention policies, backup frequency and storage requirements to meet your needs.
Bare metal recovery
Our backup systems permit full server recovery. Should your server suffer a complete failure or your facility succumb to an unexpected outage, we can use your complete disk images to rebuild your server on alternate hardware. After a quick IP change, your IT services are up and running.
Disaster recovery planning
Putting together a plan before disaster strikes is critical to rapid recovery, and we can help you plan for the worst. Selecting appropriate backup strategies, having realistic recovery goals, and knowing what vendors to use in advance assures a rapid recovery.
Emergency hosting
By combining cloud computing, virtualization or rapid provisioning of hardware with our bare-metal recovery tools, we can quickly get a server up and running during any emergency.
DNS management
