For major projects, we may need to do a brief phone interview. For projects requiring significant pre-deployment planning, we may provide a written deployment planning proposal. rackAID does not employ a sales guru to try to push you into services that you don't need. Any pre-sales request will be handled by one of our senior system administrators. They will work with you to frame a solution to meet your needs and get back to you regarding time-frame and budget. Typically, we require 2-3 business days for multi-server projects, clusters or other more advanced solutions. For large clusters, networks or migrations, we may need 5-10 days to develop an appropriate plan.
