rackAID selected ControlScan as our preferred approved scanning vendor (AVS) after an extensive review of PCI compliance vendors. We selected ControlScan based on:

Working with ControlScan, we have developed a Managed PCI Compliance service and a Scan & Fix service to provide a full-range of support.

Managed PCI Compliance

rackAID transforms ControlScan's self-serve model into a fully managed PCI compliance solution. By combing the best scanning services with reliable, professional support, you can be confident that your systems are running securely.

With managed PCI compliance, rackAID will arrange for the scans AND fix the issues with your server. We handle all issues but your web site applications. You will still be responsible for updating and maintaining your web application security. All of the server level items are included. You can subscribe to this package as a simple add-on to our monthly server management solutions.

Scan & Fix

If you are not looking for a managed solution and just need help passing your audit, we also have a solution for you. Our Scan & Fix package is a per-case service. After you sign up for the ControlScan package of your choice, you can then open a case-based support ticket with us to address your scan related items. All PCI Compliance work is an advanced service and billed hourly. Typically, the initial audits on a server take between 2-4 hours. Recurring audits take 1-2 hours if no major changes have occurred.
