What's IncludedPatch ManagementOur staff will maintain both OS and Control Panel patches for your system. We often test things first on our development systems before deploying the updates to your system. We review the severity of the updates and make decisions about the best deployment strategy. Proactive MonitoringWe monitor your servers availability and respond to any outages. If our systems detect an outage, our staff is alerted and will respond. Though most responses are within minutes, we guarantee 2 hour response time for emergency issues or we refund a portion of your service fees. Support TicketsYour monthly plan also includes a specified number of hours to be used for items that may arise during the month. With our management, you will find that you rarely need to use this service but it is certainly there if you need it.
