This page is the home for the agreements and policies that govern your use of rackAID’s services and website. We update these from time to time; the date shown on each document is its current version. If you are a customer, your Service Agreement is made up of several of the documents below, and where they conflict, the order of precedence is set out in the Master Service Agreement. Questions? Customer agreements
These documents make up your Service Agreement with rackAID, listed in order of precedence:

- Service Level Agreement (SLA) — the service levels and support response times you can expect.
- Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) — what is and isn’t allowed when using our services.
- Billing, Refunds & Cancellations — how we bill, how to cancel, and how refunds work.
- Security Statement — how security responsibilities are shared between rackAID, our providers, and you.

These apply to everyone who uses our website:
