rackAID’s Jeff Huckaby to Speak at Hostingcon 2010

Jeff Huckaby, rackAID’s CEO and founder, will be speaking at HostingCon 2010, an annual hosting industry conference. Mr. Huckaby will give a presentation entitled “Stabilize, Optimize and Profit by Outsourcing Your IT Management” on Monday, July 19th at 10AM. This years conference is held in Austin Texas.

Mr. Huckaby explains:

“When I see clients embrace our managed services to the fullest, they go through three phase. First, our team fixes up pesky historical issues. As we fix these historical problems, we can then move to phase two: optimization. As time ticks along, we constantly optimize our clients IT environments. Downtime drops, performance improves and security increases. Finally, comes phase three. They realize that the time and effort they save by outsourcing to us, they actually become more productive and profitable. The outsourcing of IT services transforms from a cost to an investment with a positive return. This transformation is what motivates everyone at rackAID. We love seeing our customers truly embrace managed services. When they do, they do well.”

To get insights into how you can transform your business, be sure to catch Mr. Huckaby’s presentation at HostingCon. If you are not attending, then be sure to follow up as the presentation will be made available on line.
