Since I’ve switched I no longer have to worry about hosting. My site is reliable, secure and fast. I know my site is in good hands — allowing me to focus on our users.
Is there a contract?
No. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long term contracts. You may cancel at any time.
What is your response time?
15 Minutes. For issues causing a critical impact to existing services, we typically respond within 15 minutes or less. We guarantee a one hour response time or your money back.
For general questions, configuration changes or issues not causing a critical impact, most items are handled same or next business day.
How often do you do backups?
We provide daily, full server backups using R1Soft CDP Enterprise backup software.
Backups are stored in one of three datacenters geographically isolated from your server. By default, we store 10 days of incremental backups with option for weekly and monthly archives upon request.
All management plans include 100GB of backups with more space available as needed.
Do you provide phone support?
We provide call-back support as needed. In most cases, we find a phone call is not required.
If you open a ticket and describe the issue, our team can resolve 99% of issues without a phone call. This allows them to quickly focus on your issues and restore services as soon as possible.
For complex issues or general consultation, we will call you or schedule calls as needed.
Are you staffed 24/7?
Yes. rackAID maintains a rapid response team 24/7.
This team successfully resolves 97% of all issues within the first 15 minutes. In difficult cases, they can escalate an issue to the senior system admin that is on call. Response time for our senior staff is 1hour.

Yes. We have built hosting clusters that support very busy sites — 100 million pageviews per month.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Fees are non refundable and are due in advance.
